Overview

According to Greek philosophers, the Dyad is made up of two points - unlike the Monad which is made up of a single indivisible unit. As it relates to trading, the Dyad is used to identify the two extreme points of a range in price and time. The two points of the range are then used as the diameter of a circle. Reversals often take place when the market reaches the extreme right side of the circle. The circle displayed shows how the market found support as it approached the 4 o’clock position on the circle.
