Overview

The Swing Statistics Box calculates the standard deviation and mean of the selected swing(s) and then plots a shaded box which indicates the possible direction and scope of the next swing based on the statistics. Additional boxes can be added and the statistical calculation is then derived from all boxes in the sequence.

In the example above the average of the two swings outlined in blue are displayed by the green statistics box. The Swing Statistics Box can be added to any swing chart overlay, e.g Gann Swing, Volatility Swing, or Percent Swing Chart Overlay.

To apply a Swing Statistics Box right-click on the relevant swing, then from the Actions menu select Add Swing Statistics Boxes.
