Overview

Enterprise Services clients are able to publish charts and reports to an Optuma-hosted website, making it easy to share to clients and colleagues. The page can also be password-protected so only authorised users can access the analysis.

To publish to the website, open the workbook and click on File > Publish Workbook and select the Web checkbox.</span>

Enter a Title, and Description, and tick the Anonymous box to remove the author.

If there are pages you wish to exclude from the webpage, un-tick the codes in the Select All Pages section:

</span>The boxes on the right allow for other options, such as to include the workbook so that other Optuma users can download and open the charts (they must have access to the same data options as the original author), include an index page, and to include any Journal entries.

By default the web page will be made public and searchable, but it’s also possible to make the page private (only those with the link will be able to find it), or you can add a layer of protection by adding a password (you will be able to choose the password when the Password Protect option is selected).

Click the Publish button when ready to create the page. The update process will begin and a progression bar will display along the bottom of the Publisher window. NOTE: depending on the size of the workbook, the webpage may take several minutes to create.

Once the upload process has completed, the website will open automatically using your default web browser (click the image to open the page).

</span>If you have opted to include a copy of the workbook, the Download Workbook button will display to the right of the Copy Link icon:
