Publishing a Workbook to the Optuma Hosted Website

Overview


Publishing a workbook to the Optuma hosted website is a great way of distributing reports to a large client's base. To publish a workbook to the website, open the Publisher and ensure the Web checkbox is enabled.

If you wish to include a copy of the workbook for clients / colleges to download, tick the Include Workbook checkbox as well.

Enter a Title, Description, and Author into the available fields.

If there are pages you wish to exclude from the webpage, un-tick the codes in the Select All Pages section.

Click the Publish button. The update process will begin and a progression bar will display along the bottom of the Publisher window. Depending on the size of the workbook, the webpage may take several minutes to create.

Once the upload process has completed, the website will open automatically using your default web browser.

You can copy the webpage URL using the Copy button on the top right-hand side of the page (only you will be able to see this Copy section).


If you have opted to include a copy of the workbook, the Download Workbook button will display to the right of the page's Title.

You can also quickly share the page via several Social Media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Google Circles, Linkedin and StockTwits using the Share bar on the far right-hand side.

Deleting a Published Workbook Hosted on the Optuma Website

To delete a workbook that has been published to the Optuma website, open the Publisher window and left-click the Web History page tab.

Hover over the Title of the page you wish to remove, and left-click the small red x icon displayed on the top right corner.
