Where are my Workbook files stored?
By default, your Optuma files are stored here:
This directory contains the folders storing your workbooks, scripting formulas, scans, alerts, and layouts. The Common folder contains your personalised settings, custom toolbar, and preferred tool defaults.
Note that by transferring the entire Documents/Optuma folder to another computer will make your existing work available on that computer without having to recreate them.
Note: It is good practice to regularly copy this folder to a backup location in case your computer crashes and they are lost. The program and data can always be restored by saving and running the setup file from your account page, however your work is saved on your system only.

Using the Cloud to backup or share your files
It's possible to set up your files to be located with an online storage facility, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Not only does this provide a secure location should your computer fail, but it's also a great way to access your work from multiple computers without having to manually transfer the files.
