How Do I Renew My Subscription?
When your subscription has expired or is due for renewal this can be renewed securely online via this link to the Optuma Portal:

The Portal uses the same Username and Password that you use to access Optuma and the Support Centre. If you log in to Optuma, on the right-hand side of the homepage is a direct link to the same My Account page.
Once you have logged into the Portal the My Account page will be displayed. You will be able to resubscribe by clicking the Restart button in the Subscription section.
Under the Billing section, you can do the following:
1. Payment Method: The payment method can be set to Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card, American Express, Discover, or Direct Bank Deposit. To change the payment method, left-click the check box next to the payment method that you want to use.
Note: Direct Bank Deposit is only available for annual and two-year renewals. If your renewal is processed with either of these methods the payment instructions will be emailed to you, together with a copy of the invoice.
When selecting a card, the credit card fields will be displayed for you to complete.
If the renewal is processed successfully against a credit card then your renewal date will be adjusted immediately on your record, and if you had an expired subscription, you can immediately log in to Optuma.
If the renewal is processed with payment to be received by direct deposit, then the subscription renewal will not be complete and data access won't be available (if expired) until payment has been received (and cleared).
